As part of our pre-launch field operations, the DORTI team has actively engaged in community waste site evaluations in key neighborhoods of Yaoundé. These ground assessments are crucial to:

1. Mapping out high-need zones for agency dispatch
2. Documenting challenges faced by households
3. Building early trust with local residents

This field activity aligns with our goal to become Cameroon’s leading digital bridge between households and certified waste collection agencies.
